Medicine Buddha Mantra Garland - art print

'tadyatha om beh-ka-dze-yah beh-ka-dze-yah ma-ha beh-ka-dze-yah ra-dza sa-mut gaté sowa ha'

As pronounced above, the Medicine Buddha mantra is arranged around the blue seed syllable hum upon an open lotus. This circular mantra garland calligraphy is in the Tibetan Uchen script style, whilst the smaller text below in a different Tibetan cursive script, is a short dedication prayer to Medicine Buddha that translates as:

'To you, Bhagavan, Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly and fully awakened Menla, King of Lapis light, I offer you prostrations'

This is followed by an extract from the same Medicine Buddha practice:

'The hum in the heart of the self and the front visualisation is surrounded by the mantra garland'.
